1. PAYMENT - CANCELLATION - MODIFICATION
 

• Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• The reservation confirmation requires the payment of 30% of the total amount on the online payment platform. If the payment cannot be processed, the reservation is not confirmed. The customer must contact the company by email or phone to regularize the situation. The stay balance must be paid on the day of arrival by credit card or cash. In case of a no-show, the balance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

• Cancellation more than 45 days in advance: The deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellation between 45 days and 15 days: The deposit will be retained.

• Cancellation less than 15 days in advance: The full amount of the stay is due, and the balance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

• In case of a no-show, the balance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

• Any request to modify the reservation, particularly a change of dates, must be made by email and will only become effective after written agreement from the management.

• In case of a shortened stay, modified arrival date, change in the number of guests, or any other event altering the initial booking conditions without written confirmation, the full amount of the stay remains due.

• Promotional offers are neither modifiable nor refundable.

• 2. ORGANIZATION

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM. An estimated arrival time must be communicated by the customer no later than the morning of the arrival day.

• Check-out: By noon at the latest, unless agreed otherwise by the management.

• Breakfast payments: To be made on-site by credit card or cash.

• Personal Belongings: Les Cycas assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to customers' belongings.

• ​

• Damages: The customer agrees to use the furniture, appliances, dishes, etc., belonging to Les Cycas properly and appropriately to report any damages they are responsible for, and to bear the repair costs.

• ​

• Safety: The accommodations are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and receptions are not permitted unless approved by the management. The customer agrees not to disturb the peace of other guests.

• ​

• Major Events: In case of force majeure beyond its control and responsibility, such as cyclones, prolonged water outages, traffic difficulties, etc., the establishment, after having used all possible means at its disposal, may suspend or terminate the execution of the reservation contract.
